Wild in spirit .. he loved to run over all the many hills
Many tried to ride him but there were many spills
Everyone wanted to capture him but he could outrun
Anyone who tried..they could see he was having fun
Many thought they could break him and he would be mild
But galloping and taunting them he proved that he was wild
He ran for many years always on his own
Without any other horse .. he was always all alone
He was an exceptional beauty and would have been a prize
All that tried to ride or capture him always had a surprise
One day while out on the trail the men came on a sight
The wild beautiful white horse had died at night
They dug a hole very deep and buried him in the grave
Saying a prayer over him because he was so very brave
Not even death could hold him down for the very next day
He was seen running in the hills the very same way
He is THE WHITE GHOST that runs as wild as could be
Now his ghostly form flys in the air for all to see
