One day Jerry Lee will be around
And hear his wonderful sound
Ask him to play in his band
His life filled with riches, so grand
Everyone will want to hear more
He’s the one the girls will adore
He’ll get tickets for all his friends
They’ll think he’s the absolute end
He’ll travel around the world
Always the one that ends up with the girl
He can’t wait for that day to come
But right now he’s having fun
Sitting there strumming on his guitar
Knowing one day he’ll be a star
