Dancing with barefeet
Life was so sweet

I could never resist
A life where poetry didn’t exist
PLAYING MY TAMBOURINE
I love all the 60’s bands
Gave them the biggest hand
PLAYING MY TAMBOURINE
I was always there
With flowers in my hair
PLAYING MY TAMBOURINE
I’m sure our eyes must have met
At one of these big events
PLAYING MY TAMBOURINE
Our paths to cross again
And become friends
