in my heart
Angels sing
i hear their voice
love seeps through
the coldness of night
is quelled
at peace i ponder
the meaning of life
daunting questions arise
about life’s journey
how no man should judge another
how little we truly know of life
what is in our heart
is all that matters
words scribbled on a page
meanings between the lines
judge not your fellow man
in the end He shall judge
judgment shall be harsh
for those who criticize
cursing others although
they truly do not understand
the true meaning of another’s words
so scribble my sisters and brothers
and i shall read between the lines
and i shall love you
