In my heart where they could hide
Suddenly a spark of light
It seemed like a beam
Flashed past my eyes
And I was in a dream
I saw you running toward me
With your arms opened wide
I ran into them
My feelings I could no longer hide
You kissed me and said those three words
I LOVE YOU over and over again
And they were all I heard
I murmured I LOVE YOU
And I cried
Somewhere on that bridge
I saw no reason for my pride
I couldn’t wait to get home
And for you to hold me in an embrace
I was running so fast
My heart began to race
When I reached the door
You were standing there
And you kissed me so tenderly
I knew how much you really cared
Now we together walk on the bridge
You hold me tight
I am where I should be
Never out of your sight
