My name is Rose
Look at these clothes
Can’t run up the hill
I might take a spill
We’re going out today
But I want to play
Mom said I can’t
And not to rant
I really look silly
I saw my friend Billy
He asked if I was a baby
And I think maybe
I should run home and hide
I want to play on the slide
Now everyone will laugh at me
I’m starting to cry you see
I want to stamp my feet
I don’t feel very sweet
I’m not going to pose
And stop yelling “Rose”

I dont think any kid likes to wear bonnets. Your poem fit perfectly with the image. Very nice Sally.

Marlo, I don’t think this little girl wanted to go wherever she was going,
didn’t want to be wearing her clothing and on top of it all, she had
to wear a bonnet..and she felt like a baby..loved this pic..it just
