Thanks to my friend Moonspiral and the revealing Spirit Guide Reading she did for me, I am now aware of a lifetime when I walked upon the Earth as a member of the Crow Tribe and my name was Little Deer.
One morning this week as I walked along the shore of Lake Estes, two beautiful deer came down to the water’s edge, and one walked out into the lake and drank. The golden morning sun sparkling on the water and the gentle way she sipped from the lake really touched my heart. She was only there for a matter of seconds, then both deer ran to the grassy area to munch.
Deer teaches us to be gentle with ourselves and others, and I felt the gentle heart of that deer throughout my being. It is my hope and my intention that I carry this gentle energy on my journey. It is a beautiful energy and I hope to do it justice…..for I was and I Am Little Deer.

Wow, amazing. Such a beautiful image. And a nice description as well…lovely thought to think you were one of these animals once. I reckon if I was anything I was a wolf (my favourite animal) or a spaniel (the animal I’m most like :P)

Yeah, that works. Bet you would’ve been a deer too, I mean, a real one. And isn’t the point of Indian names like that that you are like the animal, that you’re at one with nature more so that you take on their names? Sounds like you to me.
I’d love to be closer to wolves…trust me to live in england :P
