    thanks, pinky…..these guys wander through the neighborhoods all over town….so used to people…we have built on most of their grazing land, so they just make themselves at home where we live…. :-)

    I have never seen elk so tolerant of people. I lived in Idaho, Washington and Oregon, but elk there have always kept their distance from people (unlike deer). Thanks for sharing.
