Autumn Swim
Yesterday we had our lunch by the lake, then walked along the shore talking to the ducks and just breathing in the beautiful fall day….as we walked back toward the car, I just happened to turn around and there, in the water, was a little herd of elk…...they were crossing the lake, bulls rounding up their ladies, young ones trailing along…..we watched them in the water and on the land for over an hour, fascinated by their beauty and entertained by their interaction…...I hope you enjoy these shots….

What a WONDERFUL site!!! You must have had so much fun!!! I am in the process of uploading pictures from the short time (8 months) that I lived in Colorado. I added elk from RMNP just yesterday.
