As most of you know, I just returned from a long bus trip across country (over 2000 miles round trip). This journey was quite an adventure in many ways…
I encountered a diverse group of people & situations. I saw eyes full of love….I experienced kindness and consideration…and I heard words of prejudice & separatism. Through it all, I kept thinking of our oneness and sending blessings out to everyone I met.
We are all spirit…..no matter what our color, lifestyle, background, or upbringing…..and we all have the choice in each and every moment to see ouselves as separate and in competition or to reach out to our fellow beings with love and compassion and understanding.
We truly are Family…..

Very wise and much needed words. The seperation and competition we have been so conditioned to is so dis empowering. I believe most of us live with a fear of loss due to this conditioning. If only we realised that we are all eternal spirits. Then we would find some peace and joy.
