Frustration & Anticipation
I can’t change what you feel.
I hope that what’s there is real.
In the silent spaces
and in the darkness
I hear echoes of your muffled moans.
low, primal, tones
in my mind.
My senses decieve me
Your words, relieve me.
Here still, I wait.
Left to contemplate
your next move.
If I wait too long,
opportunity will be gone.
Nothing ventured,
Nothing gained.
I must grab hold
of the reins.
Frustration
overtakes
my thoughts.
Beads of sweat on
my brow.
What’s next?
I can’t tell…
Steam is rising.
It’s hot as hell.
Then you touch me, and
all is well.

I was immediately struck by the emotion and honesty conveyed in in your work, sure, the words were a little softer and wore a few more clothes, lol, but your unmistakable talent still shone through, and your words certainly had an impact on me. xox
