Taken on my last photo shoot whilst in UK this summer… Quite possibly my favourite place on earth right now and the one place I would pick to be right now with my girl at my side

Gorgeous Tuppers! Love the ‘wetness’ of the foreground rock in the middle and the way the water swirls ethereally around them. Lovely pastel tones to the sky to. Maybe the bottom left hand corner is a tad dark?
It’s amazing how calm life feels when you take the human out of the picture :) Such a serene image – the colours are beautiful too – also tranquil. I love how you see the stones under the water too.
Thanks Deb… for me it’s the best way to view a landscape, with no -one else around. The feeling of being alone with nature at these early hours is what makes it so special.
– Paul Tupman
You did take the good weather away with you didn’t you Paul (I shall now have to call you Mr Weatherman from now on!) – this was probably the last time we saw the sun.
Landscape in portrait again (I love that at the moment) and the water around the rocks is incredibly smooth and soothing and the cliffs in the distance look an absolute age away yet still give off a sense of scale and dominate proceedings.
The light on the main rock showing the glistened reflections of orange light against the smooth green rock are truly mesmerising.
Mr Weatherman! Haha! I like to think that I travel well with the weather… perhaps you should be thanking me for brining a bit of that sunshine to the shores of England this summer!
Thanks for the kind words as always Stuart… I was out with my camera for the first time in Jeddah this morning. Knee high in the warm water of the Red Sea at 6am!
It is beautiful Paul. I love the grey tones and lovely pink highlights in the sky.It is a skillful exposure, how many seconds? The DOF is wonderful and the warm light on the pali adds tremendous depth. I love the ever-so-slight curvature on the horizon. It is a gorgeous shot.
Thank you so much Sharon for your kind words. Very much appreciated. The exposure details are as follows: f/22 for 25 seconds at ISO-100. I was also using an ND8 filter and a Grad Filter. Thanks again… :-)
A gorgeous pastel scene, love the see-through silky water.
Thank you Mel
