    I keep trying to be sure that tiny little dot is actually a human. wow, the scale in this is really dwarfing… Really nice shot!

  • Hi Mark and thank you! This lake is absolutely huge with the mountains either side disappearing into the ice. The figure (or I should say figures) is actually a couple returning from the other side, crossing the frozen lake… who knows where they had been!

    It’s even more dwarfing knowing it’s a couple! Really incredible bit of landscape! I’m not sure I’ll ever wrap my head around crossing a frozen lake as it never gets that cold in my part of the world! lol
