Memory Lane
When asked by hdphotos if I could find another 3 shots from my last series I wasn’t going to pass up on the challenge! It was quite a difficult setting to get some good shots.. dark lighting and a cramped environment, due to all the people clambering into a tiny section of the pub to see the band.. but I managed to turn it all to my advantage! Another 3 for you…
Anyway, please go and check out the brilliant hdphotos as well as the band, Geist As well as my brother playing in the band and the fact that they are pretty damn good, you may also recognise a couple of shots on the page!
Song title, Memory Lane taken from the Geist album Songs For Your Neighbour
Lyrics written by John McDevitt

I love your tone. It’s like a orangey honey brown…very odd to see
around here! (well, anywhere!) It’s original. :) It feels like it ADDS heat
to the photo, instead of cooling it down which is what most sepias tend to do.
(Also, the hot lighting.) I like the shadowed out face. Good one, Paul. :)
