Joy
December 2007, I was asked by friends, who were expecting their first child out here in Riyadh to capture the pregnancy in my own unique way… A trip out to the desert followed and the rest, as they say, is history.
Nearly 6 months after the arrival of little Kennedy, we were back out at the desert yesterday re-shooting, plus One!
With searing temperatures reaching into the 40s first thing in the morning over here in summer, this was a shoot that lasted all of 15 minutes… I’ve never clicked so furiously at my shutter and bare feet have never gotten so hot!

Oh my goodness, that is precious! I can’t believe a “baby picture” is making me smile.
(Not that I’m jaded or cold-hearted by any stretch of the imagination) It’s just not normal for me
to smile whilst looking at a Mum & child! (that surprised me) Yes….it even gives me a tickly
joy-ish feeling inside. :) There..I said it!
Birgitta
And I love the free space at the top. ;)
