Oooooh, love this! Great atmosphere and more menacing than festive~that might just be me because carnivals have always frightened me as much as they excite and delight even, or maybe especially, when I was a child. Fantastic image!

Love Chaos. It puts me in mind of Stephen King’s “Christine”. Like it’s waiting for just the right person to come along and ride it. Then it will own their soul.

I spent many years trudging out in summers to an amusement park in Brooklyn, Coney Island, to paint the rides and signs, and man oh man have you got the mood of the place. Glitter and jazz on a skeletal structure, false fronts, folding tents, there in a blast and gone in a whisp. Well done. Very well done.

I like the brooding atmosphere you’ve created in PS, but also that
you cropped the bit from the right side above the sign. (looks better
and makes it appear more symmetrical to me.) Looks like a place you’d
see in the Twilight Zone or something. (stage scene)

beautiful, threatening(?) shot…are we talking “Der Prater?” Bert
