I love being an object of art!!

I am a registered Welsh Terrier and I was born the day before Thanksgiving in 2006. This Thanksgiving I will be three years old and a young adult in dog years. I doubt that i will act much more grow up than I have so far, I am a terrier after all.

Welsh Terriers have been a registered breed since the late 1880s. They origingated in Wales and were bred to hunt otter, fox and badgers in their dens. This is something I love to do even though I have never caught one I keep digging at every opportunity.

The Welsh Terrier first appeared at dogshows in England in 1884 and was first imported to the United States in 1888.

My mother is an American dog and my father came from Hungary. I am full blooded American.

My breed may be in trouble; there were only 300 Welsh Terriers registered in The United Kingdom last year.
