The masterpiece
Just a beginning of a tale that came off the top of my head
The masterpiece belongs to the following groups:
ABSTRACT DIGITAL ART AND WRITINGBeat he said, I didn t even notice I had invaded his space , just wandering aimlessly through the dark alley’s full of shadows in the old part of town.
I moved on quickly, as I had heard some of these streets were not safe and if you were unfortunate your way out was within a hearse or at the best an ambulance. Maybe I had got the directions wrong
The toothless, wizened old lady I had recieved them from maybe just interested in getting a few coins in the palm of her hand and not so much in the truth.
But then coming out of the alley a small square emerged wirh a little fountain in the middle with an old fashioned water pump to the one side, the square was empty save a skinny mongrel dog with hungry eyes ,weighing me up ,for a morsel of food maybe.
It was early evening and the shadows and last rays of sunlight played up and down the cobbles of the street and the white plaster of the buildings looked quite romantic in this light.
Standing taking in its old worldly beauty I spotted what I was looking for, the sign was discreet in green and gold lettering I read ” Rare old books and art for sale” and just under that something that dampened the elation I was feeling of finding the place “By appointment only” a telephone nr 53 15 18.
( this came off my head any point in trying to continue, tell me what you think)
