Feeling ok had a talk with the surgeon , they are going for micro surgery as a start, and he informed me of the whole procedure, my nervousness , stemmed more of expecring a simpler operation than this, but is over now, thanks for yr concern and compassion and your wonderful comments and fave Paul :))))))))
