Philadelphia, PA.

One of the many cell blocks at Eastern State Penitentiary. The building was built in the 1820s and was used as a penitentiary until it closed in 1970. In 1994 it opened for tours. It is believed that the Eastern State is haunted by the spirits of those who died there. It has been investigated by Ghost Hunters and Most Haunted.
