This is my character Star, he is a Stripy red taby Suncat.
He is based off my cat named Reno who is actually a Ginger and white taby rag-doll bitza.
This was the outcome of having fun with copics on high end poster paper (not too sure what sort of paper) and wanting to draw a complimentry image to go with Mooncat.
I’ve enhanced the image by changing the white on Stars face and tail and legs so they were white or light yellow instead of the full yellow. Just using the lasso tool and playing with the lightness in the yellow hues.
Cat Fact:
We adopted Reno and his brother Spider when they both found their way to our front porch several years ago. They were attracted to the light and the smorgasbord of bugs to eat. Poor little kittens were starving so we took them in.
