Hope you don’t get bored of seeing Back Beach and the Sugar Loaf Islands. These are the remnants of a Volcanic Chain that starts at Mt Egmont, along the Pouakai Ranges and down to the shore. Just my favourite beach {:oD)

The two people stood on the shore obviously weren’t moving much as this was a 30sec exposure. I think they were taking in the beautiful sunset.

Sunset shot with the B&W 10stop filter, 30sec, f9, ISO160 – 40mm on a Sony a850

Wow, this is stunning! How do you find the Sony a850? I’d love to upgrade my a300!

  • I love it claire and I’m still getting used to it – I haven’t shot too much with it but the images that are coming out of it are in a different league compared to the old 350. No hesitations in recommending it.
