Lead Me to the Moon

the second of a series I took early morning 8th August 2009.

the rising sun on my back cast a beautiful glow on the island whilst the full moon was setting back towards the horizon.

sony a350 15 sec atf22, iso400 16mm – with polarizing filter.

Hmmm….how did I miss this one?! Another absolutely stunning image Dean. The two make a wonderful pair. I can’t believe the gorgeous colours here! The warm glow of the rising sun and the beautiful light cast on the water by the moon….such a peaceful and calming image and I am sure it was wonderful to witness :) Really fantastic work yet again Dean. I really wish I could ‘see’ landscape images like you do but untill I get it myself I will just keep visiting your porfolio and stare at your awesome work ;)

awww shelly :o) I’m just trying to be as good as ken and henk – they’re the real deal. This is too noisy and blurry really, and wish it was a quality image… I’ll get there one day :o) – thanks for the fave shelly – that’ll get my work out there for all to see
