Thanks Christian, it’s pretty straightforward. The way i did this was to (with the camera on a tripod) take a photo with a twenty secound exposure at night. In that time i ran very fast with my small LED bike light, making sweeping circles with my arms up the side lane of my house, careful not to cast light on my own body (as the camera would then capture me too!)
