The name Guágan Barra derives from St. Finbar, who according to tradition, built his monastery on the island here in the 6th century.
Tricia Danby is an energy worker, writer, traditional artist and photographer. She is conducting workshops concerning energy work, contact with angels, and the spiritual world to attune others in energy systems. When drawing angels, spiritual beings, etc., she tries to connect with them to be able to channel their energies and portray them the way they reveal themselves to her.
Tricia is also a member of the OBOD (Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids) and is a qualified past life regressionist.
