Vianden Castle

Vianden – Luxembourg

Viaden Castle was constructed from the 11th to the 14th centuries on top of an old Roman fort. The castle was in ruins until the family of the Grand Duke of Luxembourg transfered the castle to the State in 1977 and it was restored to its current condition.
