Every child had a ‘blue beck’ – a place to explore, jump streams and build swings in trees.
I don’t suppose it was ever so blue, but this is my ‘blue beck’….as I remember it.
This 16″ × 12″ watercolour was painted on Saunders Waterford 140lb NOT with Windsor & Newton artists paints.
As a painter of light, legend and landscape I am indebted to the wonderful medium of watercolour which gives me the versatility to incorporate many different styles in to my work.
