Positive Silhouette
I found this wonderful branch after the 2005 bushfires on Telegraph Track at Wilsons Promontory. Ended up on my back in the soot to frame the sihouette against the sky.

Love it! LOVE the bright blue sky! Nice contrast between the reaching fingers in the dark crooked branch against the sharp pointy things with a golden shimmer. If I were a fairytale story writer, I could imagine wonderful stories around this branch, but alas I am not =(
Great shot

Great contrast, looks like the tree was twisting and turning to avoid the fire, but it got caught in the end.

Nice find is right! It’s the only tree around, and to find such an oddly grown one at that, is rare. Nicely done! Hopefully the cloths came clean. :-}
