great shot and great concept. I like how the ‘hope’ is comprised of different colours but not so different (yet) from the larger ‘outside’, like the hope still needs to grow a bit further somehow.

Hey I have a huge collection of pics of these immortelles—I’d never seen them before last summer when I found a cemetery in nz full of them… now I see them everywhere… (there’s some in a set on my flickr account if you’re interested.
