ANZAC day 2014, I finally got my husband away from the computer long enough to go and get some fresh air. We visited Crows Nest National Park in Queensland Australia. I can’t believe that we have lived in this region for almost 7 years now and this was the first time we have ever been to this park. It has various different walking trails and we hiked them all (lugging two camera’s, 3 lens, 1 tripod and numerous filters. Sometimes leaving the trails and doing a spot of rock climbing to get to the best spots. Today I am sore and tired and still suffering the after affects of getting dehydrated (my own fault). But boy was it fun.
Nikon D7100, Sigma 10-20mm lens.

Brilliant shot Tracie.. it’s been ages since I’ve been out there – I might have to plan a weekend soon ! – well done xx

  • I definitely want to go back sometime when it’s a little more overcast. Shooting the falls was disastrous in the midday sun.
