Wow Tracie! Again you’ve touched a gazillion nerve ends in our hearts and souls. There isn’t a soul who’s seen this that doesn’t revel in the sense of freedom that this image evokes. And what makes it so real is the feeling I get in the pit of my stomach as I experience your flight… the swing blends into the countryside as you soar free as a bird, the world spread out before you, released from all that has held you back in the past.
I don’t know if your symbolism is intentional… the strong triangular composition within the square frame, anchored firmly to the upper corners and converging in flame orange hair suggests powerful resolve and intention… the green pastures in contrast depicting tranquility and hope…
This image will continue to touch many more souls as it is total feel good release of emotion that each of us experiences when our souls have been set free.

Wow a Gazillion nerve endings is so cool! And what’s also cool is that you feel that thing in your tummy just like I do :)
I do remember looking at the green pastures below me as I took the original shot of the landscape, fully aware of what was running though my mind and yes, it was the total freedom feeling of being lifted to new heights and swinging out into it, totally embracing my love of my new life…..free as a bird….

This is just so realistic, Tracey, I keep expecting to see a “next” picture showing you, having let go of the chain, gently floating back to earth on a parachute. Impeccable collage, the seams can’t be seen. The light on your back adds so much life, vitality and your gorgeous red-blonde hair is truly beautiful. Contrasted with the greens of the fields below, it makes me want to return to a time in my childhood when I had no cares – freedom was all there was. I hope your dreams, which you’re looking at, are fulfilled.
