There’s nothing like rich, buttery, wonderful shortbread! It’s a long-time family Christmas tradition, for many generations. I pride myself on making pretty good shortbread, too, thanks to the family recipe! The key is getting it out of the oven at the right time, so it is the perfect texture. We opt for melt-in-your-mouth shortbread vs. the Scottish shortbread that is a bit harder. Either way, it’s gooooood stuff!
