One of my favorite creative things to do around the holidays is making all natural wreaths and arrangements. I cut greens from my yard as well as the berries. I collect the pine cones, too. The apples and other fruit I use are bought at the grocery tree. I find baskets around the house or buy a bunch. This one is made of birch bark. I love making these arrangements, every single one is more beautiful than the next, and when I look at them I can’t believe I put together something so that is pretty and so festive. I give these as gifts, and have many in my home.

Thank you to the hosts of all my groups for your tremendous support and hard work. It is evident in the work submitted and featured. I truly appreciate the effort put into hosting so that we have beautiful places to display our art.

  • She loved it and swept it away before I could even enjoy it, the good part is I am making a bigger one for my home. The are easy enough to make and always come out just as nice as this one. Thank you my dear Anna.

I love Christmas creations, for they are usually well ornamented, and simple…as this one. Enough joy to gagher the materials from your own garden. I am not so lucky but cannot say I am unlucky neither. Can afford to have them and prepare them. This is beautiful and makes me feel homely and soul warm.

  • I love gathering my own materials, and living on the beach provides many evergreen selections, and berries galore. You are indeed lucky, Rosa, in whatever way you chose to create. Being able to afford things is something I am grateful for, since i still need to buy the baskets, the green foam, ribbons and the fruit I use to make these. I consider myself very lucky that I have what I have and I always dis, even when it was nothing. These are created to make my home, and my family and friends homes soul warm.
Thank you for your very kind comment, Rosa, I means a lot to me.

How beautifully arranged, in addition to be a beautiful shot, Tori, congratulations on your creations !

  • Thank you Elfie, I love making these arrangements, and sometimes use peard instead. I’m making one now that has a mound of red carnations in the center and greens around the bottom. It is so pretty and so festive.
