Heron, - through the window....

Been chasing this Bird for about a year, Woke up the other day, and there it was.
Rummaged about in the cupbord for the Fuji, For once there was some power in the batteries.. Enough for two shots !!!

Its wingspan, is about 4 to 5 ft… Looks almost prehistoric…

Given up using Digital, Its not my medium. im more happier with film. All my images for the last two months have been taken on my contax G1 with the Zeiss 45mm..

I like working with one lense. in one respect it makes life simpler. but makes your eye work…. And im savoring the prospect of getting a wide, 35mm is probably my fav lense, such an easy perspective to work with…
