Following the Dove Lake circuit walking trail on the way to the Ballroom Forest at Cradle Mountain with Tinnieopener, ClaireBear, David Murphy and his partner Shelley, stopped off at this popular location near the Boatshed at Dove Lake, in the Cradle Mountain National Park, Tasmania.

Lucky to be there in between the morning squalls to capture the classic view once more.

Nice composition using the tree Tony. Very well seen. Are you coming back to Fagus week next year? I’ll be there!

  • Thanks Stephanie. From this viewpoint the tree not only frames the image but also hides a set of steps beside the boathouse. I look forward to catching up with you in Fagus Week. Not sure if I will be there for the whole week or just the last 3-4 days.
