    Ohhhh the stories these bags could tell! Wouldn’t it be great to know everywhere they’ve been? I love the sentiment of this display and the lived-in look of this luggage. It’s a great photo.

  • Thank you Pixie. They did attract my attention but I miss those ship’s and destination stickers that used to be on many of the old trunks and suitcases. As you say, they told the story of where they had been, often exotic places one could only dream of. Tony:)

    Haha well I have this little thing I do at the moment ( I look at the price on said item then remind myself of all the photography equipment I still need then think again weather I really need it lol) . All my vintage suitcases including a steamer trunk I have found for free on the side of the rd on curb collection day (its shocking what people think is rubbish an just throw away so many awesome things get crushed an put into landfill)
