David Bath: I think the torch you are talking about is a symbol for the upcoming 2012 Olympic games that London will be hosting.
I really like this shirt. I love The IT Crowd, Torchwood, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, prefer tea (can’t stand drinking coffee), Monty Python and all things silly. I also like Shakespeare and all that other stuff.
The only symbol I can’t figure out is the person straddling the ’yellow submarine.’ I’m guessing it is a rock star, but not sure if it is supposed to be a specific person. It’s hard to tell since so many rock stars use that pose.
I would guess that’s Freddie Mercury; looks like a Freddie pose anyway. Took me forever (and possibly a little Googling) to figure out Karl Pilkington.
