Beware, grace is blocked with unforgiveness’ leaven
Ever since Eden’s expulsion, Mercy birthed Grace
Forgiveness brought forth the paternal trace
Dispersed upon Eve’s prodigy and Adam’s race
Forgiveness must be granted at a moment’s asking;
Else we trespass and take upon Evil’s masking.
Great must be our dispensing less we prevent its tasking.
Mankind shall perish if not for Mercy’s sake;
Great and formidable is Grace’s stake,
Ample forgiveness must be in our life’s wake.
