BODY PAINTING TECHNIQUES
The human canvas is a unique & complex medium to paint on.
It is always good to know your model for this intimate process and also engage and involve your model in the design and body painting process before you start.
Note before you apply body paint on a new model, you should always test the product first on that model by using a small area.
AIRBRUSHING
Making Fine Lines:
After applying a base body paint to your subject, you can refine the color with an airbrush.
However, if you need some detailed stenciling or logo artwork there is no short cut in having the ability to airbrush fine lines. Detail work comes through practice; in my experience I find it a lot faster and easier to accomplish a fine line in doing it by hand, in doing so, I like to use the #4 paint brush in the finishing touch ups of my fine line body art designs.
Tip of The Day:
By removing the needle cap from your airbrush exposing the needle of the nozzle you can render a clean fine line detail!
