Looking up to Ano Symi (Chorio – the upper town) from Yialos (the harbour and lower town) on the beautiful Greek Island of Symi (or Simi). Neo-classical buildings are stacked up the hillside and there is a line of ruined windmills high on the ridge.
A lone yacht navigates Gialos (or Yialos) harbour as it heads back out to sea.
Symi is a member of the Dodecanese group of Greek islands and lies 24 nautical miles to the north east of the Island of Rhodes.
