Just a gentle 10 – 15 minute stroll from the village of Nimborio, the only settlement on the beautiful Greek Island of Halki (Chalki) and you will find the lovely Ftenagia Bay and the small, mostly pebble, Ftenagia Beach.
The water is very clean, crystal clear and quite warm. There is a very nice taverna/restaurant, and sunbeds and umbrellas are available.
Ftenagia is located behind the hotel (the only one on the island) and the small chapel of Agia Aekaterini (Saint Catherine). It is accessible either by the rocky path which starts at the small chapel or from the road that passes under the islands ruined windmills.
