The Plaza Monumental de Barcelona is a bullring in Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain).
Built in 1914 and originally called The Plaza de Sport, it was enlarged in 1916 and renamed “Monumental”.
It is currently the only place in Barcelona where bullfights are performed. Besides bullfighting events, the Monumental is often the scene of musical events and circuses.
