Gorgeous! Lucky people!
Sure wish it was me! I am up to my ears in snowbanks here in Montreal, Canada!

It is pretty cold here as well Joanne, though not as cold as Canada, however, we don’t have any snow.

I could just do with a bit of that right now, I have withdrawal symptoms for the sun. Beautiful capture of a beautiful place, lovely comp and perspective, great colours and vista

I’m repeating myself a bit, but this great picture reminds me of the first (of many) aunt and uncle who came and visited us, here in Sydney, from the Netherlands, in the early seventies.
When we proudly showed them our Sydney, they said so often how the Eastern Suburbs reminded them of Portugal, Spain. This makes me see their point.
Another great picture!!

Sorry Tom I like the original best .

Like all things Irene, it is a matter of personal taste. If we all liked the same things it would become boring.
I have to say that I am very pleased that you like my original shot.

Phew!!! I’m glad Irene wrote it first!! I assess beaches for Keep Australia Beautiful, the Clean Beach Challenge, every year, in September. Stumbled into that great gig through my love of pure sunshine, on the shore-line. The clean air. The smell and sound of the ocean.
I’m with Irene. I like your original shot!
