Bridge House, Ambleside
The 17th Century Bridge House over Stock Ghyll (a tributary of the River Rothay) is one of the most photographed scenes in Lakeland, and is now a shop and information centre for the National Trust.
Hard to believe that a family with 6 kids used to live there.
Ambleside, a lovely little town, with oodles of charm, has become a major tourist resort in the Lake District of England.

How cute. I am in love with the Lake District. I bet they didn’t have a room each.

Great color, a bridge house? How do you cross the bridge unless you are invited?
