Quiet Corner
A quiet little corner of Princes Street Gardens in Edinburgh, Scotland. This little slice of greenery is sandwiched between Market Street and the railway tracks leading into Waverley Station.
Towering over the gardens on the right is the Bank of Scotland Building at the Mound. The former Bank of Scotland headquarters, now headquarters of the merged HBOS, has dominated the northern flank of Edinburgh’s Old Town for 300 years.
