Red roofs
The only way around the village of Nimborio, the only settlement on Halki, is by negotiating the alleyways. There are a great number of abandoned houses in the village, these are slowly being rebuilt and turned into tourist appartments and villas.
Halki is a small yet very charming island in the Dodecanese that is situated opposite the west coast of Rhodes.
Three bracketed JPGs converted to HDR in Photomatix.

We like to get away to Greece or Spain once a year, but a lot of my shots were taken when I was travelling the world delivering training classes. I don’t do that anymore.
