Oleander stump. Oleanders in the Phoenix Valley are disappearing. A virus is destroying them all. Much of the valley landscaping depended on this flowering bush that could reach 30 feet in height. All of it was poisonous and rather an unpleasant species in many ways but it would survive the heat and cold with little care or attention.
