This is fantastic Tokiko, the title makes look with a different eye at the artwork.. and the more I look, the more I see. Wow!

  • Thanks Vasile, yes. I realized the title can guide viewers to see such ways. This can be anything from Kimono design, somewhere asia or a river if they don’t know but knowing what i intended it to be can bring better effect.

Stunning work of art! Love the colors and contrast going on in this. I too see many eye pleasing treasures.

  • Thanks Alissa. You mean on play? Actually I have never been to Broadway New York but I imagine. when i see the cityscape with light on tv-series like CSI-New York I always wanted to paint like that.

Beautiful! I’ve never seen a broadway production—but I feel like I have now! XXSUEXX

  • Thanks Sue, either have I,lol. I’m not much of theater-gower but I like the mood of the city after dark.

This confident, visually liberating (I might say J.M.W. Turner-esque) rendering of the city from an aerial viewpoint is as mesmerizing as it is exciting.

  • Thanks Peter, I love JMW Turner. I remembered few of my friends come to my studio mentioned " I like Turner", I just thought they mean they aren’t like or interesting in my work but I realized they thought they’d find some Turner-esque in my work.
