It was a fairyland of electronic lights on Gile’s Lake, now alas no more, and this was the first time lights had been used so profusely for the decorative purpose. It bewitched the Eastern part of the country who fell in love with the Forestry Building, Snow Capped Mountains, the roses, the green.
