Hey, you Vancouverites and world tourists. If you are visiting Salt Spring Island, Mouat’s Trading Post has just decided to hang and sell my photographs …. I am rather pleased.
All you photographers who are wondering if the world wants your stuff … retailers can’t say “no” if they don’t see your work.
In the past 6 weeks I have done nine “cold calls” (“Would you like to see my work?”) which resulted in three “buy-off-the-wall” hangings, and two stores keeping an inventory.
Here is one on display – Light House Park in Active Pass.
